All of Us Research Program, National Institutes of Health (2019-2025)
Built and led user experience practice for a $1.7B precision medicine initiative engaging 1M+ participants and 10,000+ researchers. Progressed from Senior Product Design Strategist to Acting Chief UX Officer. Directed a 32-member practice comprising Research and Insights, CX Analytics, UX Strategy, and UX Operations branches, and codified UX as a central governance function for the program.

- All of Us Research Program, National Institutes of Health (2019-2025) - Led UX strategy for public launch of cloud-based analysis platform serving 10,000+ biomedical researchers. Established rapid research procedures and standardized usability testing that became program-wide practice.

- Tech, Rebalanced (2018-2021) - Organized annual conference and year-round programming for women, nonbinary, and trans technologists in the DC area.
